Read-only access
dosya.dev requests read-only access to your Google Drive. We never modify, move, or delete your original files. You can disconnect Google Drive at any time from your Profile → Integrations settings.

No double download
Files transfer server-to-server. You don't need to download files to your computer first and re-upload them. dosya.dev pulls directly from Google's API, so your local bandwidth and disk space are never touched.
How to import from Google Drive
Open the Files page and click Import
Navigate to your Files page in the dosya.dev dashboard. Click the Import button in the toolbar, then select Google Drive from the dropdown.
Connect your Google account
You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page. Choose your Google account and grant dosya.dev read-only permission to access your Drive files. We never modify, move, or delete anything on your Drive.
Multiple accounts supported. You can connect more than one Google account at the same time. This is useful if you have files spread across personal and work accounts. Each connected account appears separately in the import modal.
Pick files and start the import
After granting permission, you'll be redirected back to dosya.dev and an import modal will pop up automatically. Select the Google account you just connected (or switch between multiple accounts), browse your Drive, and select the files or folders you want to import.
Select an account: choose which connected Google account to browse
Browse & select: pick individual files, entire folders, or both
Click Import: files transfer server-to-server in the background
Files appear in your workspace
The import runs in the background. You can close your browser or keep working. Files and folders appear in your workspace as they finish, with the original folder structure preserved. Check the progress bar anytime from the Files page.
Managing your connection
You can view, manage, or remove connected Google accounts at any time from Profile → Integrations. Removing an account revokes dosya.dev's access immediately. Files already imported are not affected.

Why teams switch from Google Drive
Large File Limits
Google Drive caps uploads at 5 TB but chokes on files over a few GB in practice. dosya.dev handles files up to 100 GB on Pro with no browser timeouts.
Global Edge Network
Google Drive serves from a few data centers. dosya.dev uses 200+ edge servers in 46 regions. Downloads are faster for recipients worldwide.
Data Residency
Google stores files wherever it wants. dosya.dev lets you pin data to specific regions for GDPR, HIPAA, and sovereignty compliance.
No Egress Fees
Google charges for bandwidth on Workspace plans. dosya.dev includes unlimited bandwidth and zero egress fees on every plan.
