How a family of 4 shares 2 TB

Dad subscribes to the Pro plan (2 TB) He becomes the workspace owner and has full control over storage allocation and member management.

He invites the family and sets storage limits Mom gets 600 GB for her photography backups. Their teenager gets 400 GB for school projects and videos. The youngest gets 100 GB. Dad keeps the remaining 900 GB for himself.

Everyone has their own private space Mom can't see Dad's files. The kids can't access each other's folders. Each person has their own login, their own workspace, and their own files. Privacy is the default.

The teenager needs more space? No problem. Dad opens the dashboard, increases the teenager's limit from 400 GB to 600 GB, and reduces his own allocation. Changes take effect instantly.
