A real conversation on a file
The intro looks great but the color grading feels too warm after the 0:45 mark. Can we cool it down a bit? Also the logo animation at 1:12 seems a frame or two late compared to the music hit.
Good catch on the color. I'll pull the warmth down after 0:45. For the logo, I'll shift it 2 frames earlier. @David can you check if the audio mix needs adjusting too?
Checked the audio. The music hit is on the beat, the logo just needs to sync visually. No audio change needed on my end. I'll upload the final audio master separately.
Thanks everyone. @Anna once the color and logo timing are fixed, please upload as v4 so James can do final review. We need sign-off by Friday.
I already pulled the color temp down for that section. New LUT applied from 0:42 to 1:30. @Anna grab the graded clips from the "Color" folder, they're ready.
All done. Color updated, logo shifted 2 frames. Uploading v4 now.

NOTIFIEDHow teams use comments
Video production review cycle
Client reviews cuts, editor addresses feedback, producer approves
The client watches the rough cut and leaves 5 comments with timestamps ("Color looks off at 2:15", "Audio drop at 4:30"). The editor replies to each one, uploads a revised version, and resolves the threads. The producer sees 5/5 resolved and approves the final cut.
Architecture plan review
Architects, engineers, and the client collaborate on blueprints
The structural engineer comments on the blueprint: "Load bearing wall needs to be 12 inches here." The architect replies, updates the drawing, and @mentions the client for sign-off. Three people, one thread, zero email chains.
Professor grades student submissions
Feedback on each student's uploaded work
The professor opens each student's submitted PDF and leaves a comment with their grade and feedback. The student gets an email notification, opens the file, and sees the comment right there. No separate grading system needed for simple assignments.
