Collect files from anyone. No account needed.
Send a file request link to clients, students, or partners. They upload directly into your workspace folder. No sign-up, no confusion, no back-and-forth emails.
Three steps to collect files
Create
Pick a folder, name your request, and set optional rules like file types, size limits, or deadlines.
Send
Share the request link via email, Slack, or any channel. Recipients don't need a dosya.dev account.
Receive
Files land directly in your chosen folder. You get notified. Each upload is logged with the sender's name and email.
What you can control
Destination Folder
Choose exactly where uploaded files land in your workspace.
File Type Filters
Only accept specific file types like .mp4, .pdf, or .zip. Reject everything else.
Deadlines
Set a deadline. After it passes, the upload link stops accepting new files.
Size Limits
Set max file size per upload. Prevent someone from filling your storage with oversized files.
Email Notifications
Get notified instantly when someone uploads. See their name, email, and file details.
Isolated Uploads
Each uploader can only see their own submission. They can't see other people's files or your workspace.
File requests in action
Client uploads brand assets via file request
RECEIVEDSomeone uploads a .exe file but only .pdf is allowed
REJECTEDStudent tries to submit after deadline
CLOSEDFile exceeds the 100 MB size limit
TOO LARGEWho uses file requests
Collecting student assignments
Professor sends one link, 45 students upload individually
A professor creates a file request for "Assignment 3" with a deadline of Friday 11:59 PM, max file size 50 MB, and only .pdf files accepted. She sends the link to the class. Each student uploads their submission. Students can only see their own file. The professor sees all 45 submissions in one folder.
Gathering brand assets from a client
Agency needs logos, photos, and guidelines before starting a project
An agency account manager sends a file request link to the client with the message "Please upload your logos, brand guidelines, and any photos you want us to use." The client uploads 15 files without needing a dosya.dev account. Everything lands in the "Client Assets" folder automatically.
Collecting documents from job applicants
HR sends a link to each candidate for resume and portfolio uploads
HR creates a file request accepting .pdf and .docx files with a 20 MB limit. Each candidate gets the same link. Uploads are isolated so no candidate can see another's submission. HR reviews all documents from one folder in the workspace.
